1.1. Laundry Talks Private Limited reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.

1.2. Laundry Talks Private Limited will do our utmost to remove stains, however there is no guarantee that every stain can be removed on all fabrics. We will not waive charges due to our inability to remove a stain.

1.3. Kindly remove valuable, personal (such as jewellery, watches or cash) or ornamental items (such as detachable buttons and belts, cufflinks, etc.) attached to or left on the garment. Laundry Talks Private Limited is not responsible for the loss of item(s) not removed prior to cleaning.

1.4. Laundry Talks Private Limited, shall not be liable for items with a defect in the design, material, dyes or construction, have residual stains or have accessories or ornaments which don't withstand cleaning. Any damage or stains discovered before cleaning are to be taken as having occurred before collection.

1.5. Laundry Talks Private Limited shall not be liable for garments without any care label affixed to the garment. Your items will be cleaned according to the care label, unless specified by you. If there are no care labels, your item will be cleaned according to our experience.

1.6. Laundry Talks Private Limited shall not be liable for loss or damage due to load wash service (wash by per kg).

1.7. Any claims or irregularities with respect to the condition of your garment must be made within (24) hours from the time the garment/item is collected.

1.8. Service days and turnaround time vary by order. Laundry Talks Private Limited will make its best effort to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.

1.9. Laundry Talks Private Limited will contact you for the collection of items, if collection is not made after two (2) weeks from our store. Garments left for more than fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt, Laundry Talks Private Limited will not be liable for any loss, theft, damage or upkeep of garments.

1.10. Laundry Talks Private Limited will not responsible for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during process.

1.11. Express delivery or Urgent delivery of garments will be charged @ 100% extra on the current effective price list.

1.12. For Free Pick up & Delivery, laundry orders should be more than Rs 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) or more.

1.13. Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the delivery times.

1.14. All articles are accepted at customers' risk. We follow a "No Claim" policy. Laundry Talks Private Limited shall not be held responsible for damage to articles that cannot withstand the normal cleaning or dry cleaning process. We shall not be held responsible for articles that are damaged due to the ageing process of inferior quality of clothes.

1.15. Laundry Talks Private Limited, accepts no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary, earthquakes or any other such incident etc.

1.16. We are digitally active on all the social media platforms.

1.17. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi only.

1.18. We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.

1.19. Our prices may vary from store to store and city to city. Laundry Talks Private Limited reserves the right to change or amend or modify the effective price list at any given point of time or date or year, without any prior intimation or notice.

1.20. Original bill or challan copy needs to be presented at the time of delivery of processed articles.

1.21. If original bill or challan is lost or could not be produced at the time of delivery, the delivery of processed article shall be made to the owner only after verifying his/her credential.

1.22. We put in our best efforts to ensure timely pick-up and delivery; however there might be incidents beyond our control or incidences of Force Majeure where we are unable to stick to the timelines. In such cases, customer cannot claim any compensation, refunds or any reduction in charges.

1.23. Tariff for designer wear, high-end fabric based clothes or complex article pieces would be decided on a case-to-case basis. This pricing would be communicated to the customer directly at the store once the article has been examined by the experts present at the stores.

1.24. Carpets & Draperies and curtains frequently develop tender areas while hanging as a result of heat, sunlight, humidity and air pollution. Consequently, despite utmost care exercised in our cleaning process, stains, holes or tears in the fabric may occur. Faded areas may not be apparent because of doll converge. Progressive shrinkage may occur because of the inherent nature of the fabric or because it was not completely preshrunk. For these reasons, we accept your carpets, draperies and/or curtains for curtains for cleaning subject to your no-fault agreement.

1.25. Time Window: We will come anytime during our confirmed time window (within four hours time frame), so kindly ensure that you are available for the pick-up and/or drop-off appointment within the time window.

1.26. Non-Refundable Services: You acknowledge that once an Item has been cleaned or service tasks have been done, all related service charges are not refundable.

1.27. Laundry Talks Private Limited reserves the rights to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice.
